We couldn’t be more upset or angry at West Shore Home. All we wanted was a new bathtub and wall design. On June 9, they installed the bathtub and realized they measured it in correctly. plus the wall design was not what we ordered. Communication throughout the whole process has been horrible. No call backs, no timetable for correcting what we signed up for. Had to cancel company visiting, as it took nearly 3 weeks for them to come. Read their warranty before you sign. More exclusions than guarantees. Also, my ceiling was terrible. One reason to call them. They did not paint it, they never came back to see how the job was. I called to complain. They ignored me.

PLEASE BEWARE! We paid $30,000 for a complete bathroom remodel. The day of installation the floor boards were not correct. Twice now West Shore has been out without the right ones. Now the soonest they can return is 2 weeks out. Called customer service numerous times for a sooner date with no satisfaction. Asked to speak with a supervisor and told no one was available. The representative Lucas was very informative and professional. He listened to our thoughts and wishes. He gave us a price which seemed high. We told him the price was way above what we budgeted. He then brought the price down $1,000 only if we were willing to sign a contract that day. I don’t like making snap decisions or being pressured by a price reduction so I declined. ABYSMAL – West Shore Home can’t do anything right. I had ordered 2 sliders and a front door. It took them 7 visits over 8 months to install them correctly once installation was possible. I had west shore remold our spare bath shower two years ago and it went fine, but we recently hired west shore to remold our master shower. First it started with the sales person (Design coordinator) she did not know about all the products gave us wrong information on shower door she said they are all 3/8 inch thick glass when they are 1/4 inch, so the next day had to change our order to get 3/8 inch, she changed the billing but never changed the order for the install part. We had a quote for over $10,000 for a tiny little bathroom material must have costed under $2,000 I could see 4000 to 5000 but not 10 to 12,000 if you ask me I think it was because of the neighborhood we live in to me it sounds like nothing but greed that it was a lot of money for one day's worth of work my relatives are plumbers when I told them about this they said we were getting taken for a ride this is pretty sad people have to be this way oh well
