RecommendedRon and Darren did a very good job installing our new shower. They very professional and work all day without a break.
RecommendedWest Shore Homes is a very good business to deal with. Andy and Tyler where are installers who replaced the old shower with a new wrap-around and base. They did an excellent job with the installation leaving everything just as nice in our bathroom as it was before they started. They were also very meticulous I keeping the pathway from the front door where they came in to our bathroom. My wife and I are over 65 on fixed income. We needed a shower with a seat. Our tube is too hard to get in and out of. Then our A/C went out 5 days after signing West Shore papers. It is more important to replace our A/C can't do both. We called West Shore immediately and explained. They don't care about our problem and said it would cost us over $5,000.00 to cancel. O.M.G. Horrible customer service. First measured the wrong dimensions on a door (measured 3 different times prior to ordering wrong). Had to reorder. Took another day off work and they reordered the front door we already had installed. Installers left and didn’t hear a thing for 3 days. Finally had to call myself to get an explanation. Wanted to speak with a manager. First spoke with an install manager who basically only blame the door company even though the error was fully on west shore homes. My consultant, Trent, seemed impressively friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful throughout MOST of the consultation/ estimate process. He did, however, seem to spend more time trying to prove/ brag about his company's reputation and reviews instead of helping me, which bothered me some as my time is valuable and I just wanted him to give me an estimate. We couldn’t be more upset or angry at West Shore Home. All we wanted was a new bathtub and wall design. On June 9, they installed the bathtub and realized they measured it in correctly. plus the wall design was not what we ordered. Communication throughout the whole process has been horrible. No call backs, no timetable for correcting what we signed up for. Had to cancel company visiting, as it took nearly 3 weeks for them to come. Read their warranty before you sign. More exclusions than guarantees. Also, my ceiling was terrible. One reason to call them. They did not paint it, they never came back to see how the job was. I called to complain. They ignored me.

PLEASE BEWARE! We paid $30,000 for a complete bathroom remodel. The day of installation the floor boards were not correct. Twice now West Shore has been out without the right ones. Now the soonest they can return is 2 weeks out. Called customer service numerous times for a sooner date with no satisfaction. Asked to speak with a supervisor and told no one was available.
