RecommendedChad Culver was quite personable, got down to the business shortly after meeting me. He was really on top of what was needed to get the job done, and multiple times through the install process contacted me to make me aware of all the factors that required my attention and consent. Chad ensured that all product care knowledge was understood, prior to his departure. He left before I could tip him, but I will get it to him.
My household just underwent a bath to shower conversion this week. Bronte Cephas installed our shower and provided us with the kindest most professional and efficient service. He was informative and communicated all aspects of the job well, and the quality and craftsmanship on point. I am so impressed with him as a person and the work he does for Herl's. Bronte even put up with our unruly puppy and my curiosity of the project as he worked. Thank you so much!
Herl's recently completed the redo of two bathrooms for me. There were multiple people involved but Jordan Graves was there the most and did a fantastic job. he kept me informed of what he was doing and his timeline and exceeded my expectations.
Bronte Gephas did a five star job.
Recently had a tub/shower install. Kyle and Deandre were absolutely fantastic! Came through the front door working and did a beautiful job. Both installers were pleasant and explained the job thoroughly. Will highly recommend!!
Love our bathroom now!! Looks so great. The installer Brawta did a great job and was so professional. We had one issue with the caulk and called they sent Matt out and he fixed it within 2 or 3 days of the call. We were very happy with the whole experience. Would recommend this company

Trey fixed my shower because we had mold growing around the caulking,Trey replace it and now my shower looks brand new again.
Needed a tub repair in my new house. Matt fixed it so well, you couldn't tell it had ever been damaged. He was polite, personable, and cleaned up the area where he had been working. Very pleased with the results.
