RecommendedMike and Jason did an awesome job. They explained as they did the job and were very professional. Cleaned up when they were done. I couldn't ask for a better job. Would recommend them highly.

RecommendedInstallation of walk-in shower for Rose Albert. Brian Pittman and Jason Reprogel greeted Rose at the door with "Good morning! How are you today?" Rose said she knew it was going to be a good day! They never stopped working, complemented each other, cleaned up, and even hung the shower curtain. Since Rose walks with a walker, they even moved her car out of the way for her. She can't wait to use the shower today after she waits the 24 hours. Rose definitely gives both of these gentlemen 5 stars.
RecommendedChad Culver and Jason Marshall arrived early and began the job right away. Both were professional and courteous, and Chad took the time to go over all of the details of what was going to be installed. The technicians were speedy and efficient without sacrificing quality. We are very pleased with the work done today and would recommend West Shore Home and Chad to anyone wanting to have a new shower stall put in.
RecommendedI had 2 showers renovated by West Shore homes and can not say enough about the 4 gentlemen who worked tirelessly all day, into the evening to accomplish the goal. To Brian, Mike, Adam and Luis thank you so much. 5 stars for all four. Cannot wait to have glass door installed.

RecommendedRecently had 3 bathrooms redone by West Shore Home (was originally Herl's Bath & Home Solutions). Two had bathtubs removed and standalone showers placed. The third was our master bathroom and it had a larger shower put in and a wonderfully large soaking tub. They all look AMAZING and definitely gave our bathrooms the much needed upgrade they deserved! We had a terrible experience. After the job was complete they left a mess and there was a leak under the sink. The shower pan was damaged during install and we were given a time for the repair. Waited and waited and no one showed up only to find out they shouldn’t have scheduled an appointment because they contact that part out. The floor install was bad too.. could see a seam in one area and glue leaked out underneath the transition molding from the floor to the carpet.
