I was quoted and signed electronically at one price, I tried to cancel the contract after looking at my finances (which I should have before hand, I am 70 years old and have a very fixed income), and was told it was too late to cancel, if I did cancel it would cost me over a thousand dollars!!! I asked the man I spoke to, what would you do if this was your mother? Somehow the contract was $600.00 more than what I believed to have signed. So I had the 3 windows installed. This company bought Herl's Bath & Tile. They were supposed to honor Herl's warranties. When a crack developed in my bathtub, making the tub unusable), I tried calling Herl's and was told they had been sold but I'd be contacted by the new company (West Shore). After several weeks and many phone calls I finally gave up and contacted someone else to resolve the problem. I would NOT recommend this company for ANY products. I find it difficult to trust them to honor their warranty agreements.

The ad on TV says 50% of the price of the tub/shower. The guy that came to my house didn't give me 50% off. He quoted me the price of 9,500 for the shower and the final price was over 11,000. Didn't seen anywhere where there was a discount for the 50%
