Installers were very nice and professional.
They were here on time and worked until finished .They were pleasant, efficient, and finished the job in a timely manner.
Quality is very good and workmen courteous.
After we agreed on price I took two days off of work. I noticed a 40 X 40 pan way smaller than agreed on. He found another but still not the same size as agreed. I asked for a reduction in price. Never heard from him. They were to come for final walk through but never came. Called and rescheduled but never heard from them. I think they took advantage of senior citizens. I now see commercials for 1/2 off of price. I wish I new that but what I know now is they can't be trusted. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I originally scheduled my remodel in June of 2022 and scheduled it to be done 9 weeks later since I was told it would take 8-12 weeks. I was later told that there was a delay and that it would be closer to 12 weeks and they would call me. Well, that never happened and I had to call them and I was told that the item they were waiting for was at the warehouse, but no one checked it in.
