Very pleased with the results. Dennis and Mike T did an excellent job from demolishing, to install and cleanup. Very polite and professional in all aspects of the project.
Installers: Dexter & Tristen performed an excellent removal and installation of a new complete shower unit in our master bath. Westshore provided a complete job from beginning of sale, helping us design what we wanted, kept us updated on installation date and arrived within the window of estimated time. Dexter and Triston took every precaution to protect our home from entry to work area, took time out to explain and answer any question we had about installation. The men were polite and pleasant.

We had 2 showers installed in one day! 2 great crews came to our house on time 8 a.m. and immediately began working. Both crews were very organized & worked well together. After the job was completed they cleaned up everything left behind. The showers look great! My husband & I are very pleased. Thank you for the great service & product.
Had 2 tubs removed and replaced with walk-in showers. One was done about 1 1/2 years ago. the second was done last week. Alec D. did the last one and did an amazing job. He came on time, worked tirelessly until he was finished, and cleaned up when all was done. He was professional, and friendly and did a great job. I would give him 5 stars for all,
I had a shower to bathtub conversion. I have an odd shaped bathroom. Alex came out to install the shower rod. He was committed to making it happen. He made a phone call & proceeded with the work. He never gasped, sighed, or was disgruntled. He had a great attitude and made me feel his only concern was to please me. I don't know where, what, or how WestShoreHome gets so many committed, intelligent, professional, and Customer Service oriented workers from. Thank you Alex for making my bathroom have a "Spa" appearance!
