Noah N. and Mike F. Did our work, they were very informative . They did a great job, looks good and let us know the whole way what was being done. And finished sooner then then what they quoted.
The project was top notch,showed up on time& finished the project early, they did a outstanding job, job well done
Dexter and Mike were very professional. Dexter introduced himself and Mike explained what they were going to doing today. Verified what the job description requests and made sure everyone was in agreement. Asked me questions on how I wanted had rails. I had to leave and go to the VA for an unexpected appointment. The bathroom was beautiful when I returned home. Dexter made me feel comfortable and everything was in great hands. Angel M. and Ally B. did a fantastic job with our new shower. The installation looks wonderful and they kept the room neat and tidy. They did what they needed to do to ensure that the finished shower worked within the less than stellar framing of my 1980's developer built house.
Workers showed up on time . Informed me of all specifics of the install. Left the site clean, Installers were Golbert(G) and Ryan T. I would recommend West Shore to anyone interested in your services.
The guys that came here (Dexter & Mike ) were the nicest guys . They worked all day and did a beautiful job . I couldn't have asked for a better team . I am looking forward to having them returning to do my other bath in a couple days . LOVE my new shower !!!
Dennis B and Michael F were totally professional, were extremely neat with floor coverings (on a very heavy rain day) vacuumed the area and were totally courteous and professional. The cost was well within our budget and the results were fantastic! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!
Design Consultant Joshua Young was well prepared with details, examples, videos and everything needed to well represent West Shore Home with my bathroom shower install needs. He was well versed in the company's background and dependability. The process was seamless from the consultant visit to the scheduling call and the professionalism of installers Will W. and Ally B. Thank you for a job well done.
The choices don't show shower install, at least I didn't see it. We had an old bathtub taken out and a new walk-in shower installed. Alex W. and Nathan S. did a fantastic job. They explained the process and then showed us the various stages during their work. They were very professional and courteous and couldn't have been any nicer. They set up, got right to work and were done in 7 hours. Obviously we haven't tried the new shower out since it was just installed today but their care and diligence was excellent.
