Alec DuBrevil was our installer, he arrived on time and completed the job within the time they said it would take. He cleaned up the entire work area before he left. We were very pleased with his work.
Dexter and Joe arrived on time and explained everything they were going to do and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. They were very professional and kept me informed during the entire process. I have another bathroom remodel and will hire them for this project.
My expectations were met in every way; I enjoyed working with Jordan, Brandy, Jacob . Parker, and Frank. Prompt response to project request and project date scheduled less than a week.
The installers Angel M. and Ally B. were very friendly and professional. They really knew what they were doing. They installed our walk-in shower in a day and took out our old tub/shower without any problems. We also had an exhaust fan that was on the wall in-line with the new shower and no problem. They made a template and slid the shower wall under the fan and it looked like it belonged there. Yes, I would recommend them to anyone that was thinking about installing a new walk-in shower.
Angel M, and Ally B. did a outstanding job. Ally lay-out the plan to remove our tub and installed our new walk in shower from A to Z. Both were very professional and went out of there way to answer any Questions we would have. I notice they kept Safety first in everything they did. Also did and outstanding job cleaning up after they were done.
West Shore Home was amazing to work with. Our installers were Ryan & Christain. Both of these guys I would rate a 10 if possible. They paid very close attention to detail. They were very polite and made sure that I was happy with everything as they removed and replaced the new shower. They were the best contractors that have ever worked for me. Gilbert I. and Ryan T. arrived on time, were very courteous and did an outstanding job tearing out the old bathroom tub/shower and installing a beautiful new acrylic, low profile shower. It looks amazing. Not only that, they were thorough on the cleanup and explained all the features of the new shower. Great company with great people who seem to really enjoy what they are doing, which has become rare these days. Highly recommended.
