West Shore Home was the contractor. The installers were professional and did an excellent job. They did the work of removing the shower/tub and installing a shower in one day. Cleaned up afterward and it looks beautiful. I very satisfied.

Starting with my first phone call to the company, to sitting down with Stephanie, the prodessionalism was fantastic. I was delighted to get a call stating the work could be done 10 days sooner! That was exciting! But nothing compared with the job Daniel and G did removing the bathtub/shower and replacing it with exactly what I wanted. They were punctual, very curtious and thorough explaining what they were going to do. They cleaned up after themselves and above all did a fabulous job! I couldn't be happier! My experience with West Shore could not have gone better. I contacted them on Wednesday morning, speaking with an extremely knowledgeable, friendly representative who scheduled an appointment for me in my home with a design consultant, Sarah for that very afternoon. Sarah arrived exactly at the appointed time and walked me through all the features of their product and my options. She promised to schedule the installation asap, probably early the coming week. I previously had a horrible renovation to my bathroom shower. Ty T. and Oscar M. were prompt, friendly, courteous, patient and professional. They did an absolutely excellent job I was extremely pleased. I would highly recommend West Shore Homes. They are pricey but you get what you pay for and you also get what you dont pay for.
Shower Remodel by Travis Black 12/6/2021. Travis was courteous, prompt, considerate, competent and professional in conduct. Appreciate Travis finding shower pan out of level by 1" +or- and reported it as soon as discovered. He took corrective action, including partial takedown of plywood backing, to take-up shower pan, re-level & re-install level set, for correct shower door travel and drainage.
