My experience with West Shore could not have gone better. I contacted them on Wednesday morning, speaking with an extremely knowledgeable, friendly representative who scheduled an appointment for me in my home with a design consultant, Sarah for that very afternoon. Sarah arrived exactly at the appointed time and walked me through all the features of their product and my options. She promised to schedule the installation asap, probably early the coming week. I previously had a horrible renovation to my bathroom shower. Ty T. and Oscar M. were prompt, friendly, courteous, patient and professional. They did an absolutely excellent job I was extremely pleased. I would highly recommend West Shore Homes. They are pricey but you get what you pay for and you also get what you dont pay for.
Shower Remodel by Travis Black 12/6/2021. Travis was courteous, prompt, considerate, competent and professional in conduct. Appreciate Travis finding shower pan out of level by 1" +or- and reported it as soon as discovered. He took corrective action, including partial takedown of plywood backing, to take-up shower pan, re-level & re-install level set, for correct shower door travel and drainage. West Shore Home gets 5 stars. Sean Nemeth and Emmanuel Flynn installed a new shower for my master bath. They did an excellent job, were courteous, were on time & cleaned up. They did exceptional work. They made sure that the shower was working properly before leaving. I highly recommend Sean and Emmanuel with Westshore Home. Great Job!!!
