Dexter and Johnny had to replace my shower. They were very courteous and arrived early. They explained what they were going to do and ensured that was what I wanted. From the beginning, I knew they were going to get the job done right! They took their time and did an excellent job! They even cleaned up after they were done. Thanks again, Dexter and Johnny!
My installer was Jeff Fitch and he was very knowledgeable about the installation and extremely friendly. He went above and beyond with the work that was required of him and a couple of extra touches also. When the work was completed in about 2 days which was a shower replacement that required a retainer wall to be torn down and a new one erected along with a beautiful clear glass and chrome shower doors installed, myself and my wife had to give Jeff a tip in appreciation. Dexter and Johnny were punctual, thoroughly prepped the area before beginning the project, and involved us step-by-step while replacing the bathtub. They were very cordial , worked hard, and completely cleaned up the area after they finished their work. We were very pleased with the finished product! :)
Our salesman Dan Halsey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to us throughout the process. Joe and Chad came out and removed all our old tile. They did a great job and did not damage any tiles outside the shower area. The pan was the wrong size and they had to order a new pan. I was contacted by Zach with WestShore Home and he expedited the pan order and kept me updated. When they received the pan, Ryan and Ashton came out to do the installation. Johnny and Dexter were here on time, knew exactly what to do, and got the job done. They removed the bath tub and all down to the base. They installed a beautiful gray surround, new base, new fixtures and grab bars, and sliding glass doors. Great JOB! Will tell my neighbor about it, and he will probably have them do his too.
From John Grunewald the design consultant to Dexter F. and Johnny the install team everyone was professional, happy and were willing to take both time and effort to address any questions or needs we had in respect to the design and final out come of our new shower stall. Well pleased with the final results. All workers were polite, pleasant and professional. Project was done on time . The gentlemen worked hard all day long. Thanks to Both/ Cody Tingler and Zack Stone were the gentlemen who did the project.
The installation was so fast! Travis B., Chad, Johnny were very nice and answered all my questions. They kept me informed of progress. In the end, they cleaned everything up, leaving no mess. I am so pleased with the installation that I� m seriously considering them doing our second bathroom!
