From start to finish WestShore Home was a great experience. Our design consultant Eric was professional and answered all questions, very easy to work with. We actually got an even earlier appointment for the install than we had expected. The installers, Mike & Phillip were absolutely awesome. Aaron S. and Justin arrived at the exact time the scheduler said they would, which was 8:30. They came right in to see where they would be working, put down drop cloths, and immediately began working. Aaron and Justin kept my husband and me up to date on each step of the project, which we thought was great. I don't think Aaron or Justin took a break to have lunch or to catch their breath!!! Installers, Daniel and Jeff, did a great job. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Both were professional and polite and cleaned up the mess before they left.
From the design consultation to final cleanup the team members were very professional and polite. The workers did timely and quality work. The end project was beautiful, from the type of fixtures, to the location of the fixtures, and the appearance of the fixtures we could not be more pleased. Thank you for your work!
The had a discripance about how much view was lost at first until we realized how well made it is and you must have room to get it in . It was replacing some very thin mobile home windows. David Such and Klyn Malone were our installers they said don� t worry we want you to be satisfied and West Shore wants you to be satisfied. They did a great job cleaning up what's good, work was excellent. Phillip W. And Justin B. Along with their supervisor Mikey.
The installers, Dalton H and Justin B, were very good. They were knowledgeable and respectful, and cleaned up well. They worked for eight hours with only a 15-minute break for lunch. The shower is awesome!
