Our experience was wonderful from the start with Alex Griggs our salesman/stylist to our installers, Jordan S, Cody T. and Elijah S. The work was wonderful. They arrived promptly at 8am and finished at 5:03pm. We could not be happier. GREAT JOB!!!!!
Mike, Isabel, & Aaron worked on our 2 projects: corner shower and bathtub/surround replacements. They were all fantastic to work with, especially given the complexity of the projects. Elijah, on the sales end, was also great and continues to follow up with us. Great team!
We loved their representative. He done a good job and was very helpful in helping us get the loan. They will be out October the 8th to do the bathroom.

A few hick ups in the beginning with scheduling but they got it installed when they said they would. I wanted it finished before my son came back home for the summer. They worked quickly and had it finished by the end of the day. They workers were courteous and cleaned up their mess. So far all is good it looks great and easily cleaned. Too bad they don� t remodel the whole bathroom.
Great experience from sales to installation! Quaid, Daniel G., Klyn, Felipe, David Swaim & Jordan Snead were absolutely professional and worked hard to get the windows installed in 1 day. They were very thorough through each step. Courteous and efficient! We are very impressed!
West Shore is definitely the best in the market for bathroom renovations. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional. The quality of the products and costs associated with the renovation of our bathroom exceeded our expectations.
