My install team of Isabell, Ian and Phillip arrived and went right to work. The project was a little more intense than I thought.. The were removing a large garden tub and installing a walk in shower. All three of the team worked at their own jobs... I was impressed when one had a question the others helped out. When normal quitting time came 5:00pm they kept right on working. Past 6 and past 7.. Not only did they do a great install, but sent out one of their representatives to critic with putting molding around our new ceilings and around the bottom of tubs and shower! Frank Scofield did a phenomenal job detailing the final touches after total remodeling of our three bathrooms! Frank is an artist in his own right! � � � � �

Jacob P. and Klyn M. (2 very polite and professional young men) arrived around 8:30am to tear out an old shower and install a new walk in shower. They informed me of what they would be doing and were able to answer all of my questions. They worked very hard and completed my project in one day. Everything was left clean and my new shower looks great. Thanks Jacob and Klyn for your professional service.
Over the top expensive. The job was completed in 1 day which is a plus and the men who installed the bath/shower were very polite but they put a hole through a wall into my other bathroom. They spackled it prior to leaving but I had to apply more spackle and repaint the wall. I have to redo my 2 nd bathroom but am probably not going to use them again
I am very satisfied with the process and outcome.

I had both my bathrooms done. They do one a day but that's a job believe me. Jordan and Justin were such amazing workers and did an amazing job on my 1st bath that I demand that they send them back to do the 2nd bath and they did. Westshore Home has the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Jordan and Justin definitely get 5stars in my book. They made sure that I the customer was happy with the finished project.
Quaid was very knowledgable, friendly and professional. Did a great job!
