Installers Dan F. And Mike R. were fantastic. They were in and out and left no mess behind.
We had a walk in shower replaced and clean up completed in under 8 hours by Josh P. and Tristen H. They were very professional and kept us informed from start to finish. If West Shore Homes has any better installers than these two I'd like to see them. They were courteous and respectful of us and our property.
The installers were courteous, professional and very skilled. They took pride in their work. They installed TWO bathrooms at once and were very efficient. We would recommend West Shore Home to our families and friends.
We had a tile-and-grout shower stall removed and replaced with a beautiful acrylic shower stall. Mark, the salesman was very informative and customer-friendly. Unfortunately I did not ask all of the questions that needed to be asked and got a couple of unpleasant surprises at installation time. Great Team Effort! Everyone was super nice and Helpful! Ken H. was very informative and not a pushy sales guy! Sean who came to get the project started was great! Installers Tim Sr and John Mo were quick, honest and did great work! We were definitely impressed and will use them again!
First, our sales rep, Jorge Escoto-Garcia, explained to us how the installation would take place and made sure we understood exactly what we were going to get. The installation was conducted in a very professional manner. We had our old shower removed and a new one installed in one day. I recommend West Shore Home very highly and I want to give a special thanks to Alex, Rob H. and Marco for their excellent work.
I would like to give kudo's to my installers. They were courteous, concerned about my feelings and took care of a glitch they encountered. I would recommend them to do anyone's shower installation. Thanks you guys for great service.
This was a shower replacement. Installation went as promised. The installers were friendly and explained the project before starting to work. Nate and Tyler were the installers. Later on I had an additional grab bar installed and Brady did this installation. Clean up was excellent. Lance W. was our sales rep and made a fine presentation to us.
