The install hasn't taken place yet but I've been pleased with the company so far.
both crews were great, did a professional job and cleaned the area after installing two exterior doors and two storm doors.
wonderful deal for the money
Installers were a great team. Shower was installed in about 7 hours. They were very professional and answered any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone interested in getting a new walk-in shower.
When the salesman said they would install 15 windows in a day I was a little skeptical. When they rolled up at 7:45 with 3 trucks, I was a believer. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well. I went through lot of window presentations and what it boiled down to was the salesman and the actual windows. I liked them both. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I wish I knew about them before I had some other knuckleheads do my kitchen.
Treat each person as individual, cater to everyone. Great job for great price
West Shore sold this job as a bathroom remodel of 2 days. After the first 2 days, the job was done, but looked like hell. the corner trim around the floor was not even square, the floor tile was uneven and creaking, the shower floor was pooling in spots, the technician had no pride in his work at all, After several days of waiting, the GM said they would send someone else back out to make repairs. That tech made repairs, but the shower door would not stay closed, leaving water on the floor, the chrome trim around the shower ... read more
