West Shore Home repaired/remodeled one of our bathrooms by replacing water damaged sheetrock and replacing the aged tile finish with new finishing materials. They were very punctual and showed up exactly when they said that they would. They protected all of our property with protective materials while the work was in progress. The installers were excellent. Very good quality and workmanship. the initial installers were Craig Dunn and Kevin Meyers and a custom adjustment was needed with new door locks and handles. This was done by Jeff Kaluzny. He also did an extremely good job during his service visit. 5 Star Quality Review from a very satisfied home owner.
The service was outstanding. Tim, Kyle, and Mike J provided excellent customer service installing doors and one bathroom window.

I was a little annoyed that the shower head was leaking already after about 2 years. They sent Curt and Cody out the same day and it was fixed right away. The company really stands by their work.
We needed an additional grab bar installed in our walk-in tub. Jeff Kaluzny came. We both use a cane. He was very patient in following us up stairs. He suggested the best placement of the bar, and the job was done. He answered other questions we had. He liked our dog.

Installers were meticulously careful in installing the windows. From my experience with them, I am having four more windows installed on the "weather" side of our home and have asked for the same installers. All areas were policed and vacuumed. Great job!!!
Designer/Sales Rep really took her time to work with us and was extremely knowledgeable, consultative and helpful. Installers were excellent and professional, neat and clean, and personable. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. Great company, great people, great service!!!
