The windows are great, however, terrible/terrible customer service after the windows were installed. We had 7 replacement windows installed - 2 have already needed repairs (locks on one window broke - window sashes "warped" on another window). We have been waiting since 12/6/2023 (2nd service call) for the second window to be repaired. On 12/6 the technician stated that we needed new "sashes" since they were "warped" and he would place the order and we should hear from them in approximately 3-4 weeks. Company has been out six times to fix problems. First problem was the plumbing into the drain leaked, and the other 5 times they have tried to fix the shower doors that will not stay closed. They have not fixed the shower doors problem as of today.

If I had to call West Shore Homes again to do my bathroom, I would not. The service was terrible, and the communication was even worse. In the beginning, the salesman came out, and he was on time. That right there led me to believe my whole experience was going to be a breeze. I explained to him how I didn't want to get the bathroom right now and how I wanted to wait until after Feb. The salesman agreed. Once he left my house a few days later, I got a call from West Sbore Homes wanting to install the bathroom. I simply expla... read more

This company scheduled a new shower installation to replace my old one for september1, 2023. They arrived and removed my old shower, but could not install thee new one because the shower pan had beeen made incorrectly. They told me they would have to re-order a new shower pan and it might take 4 weeks to get before they could come back and install. Since then I was left with holes in my floor and no shower.
