I would definitely recommend to anyone. I love my new shower. What they say and show in their commercials is what they deliver.
It starts with a quality product. We had an exterior door with a window AND a dog door installed today. John Waldridge and Andrew Zachery called first thing this morning to confirm their arrival time. They took the time needed to make sure the door was installed properly and was completely watertight. And they cleaned up after themselves as they went out the door. Seriously, Andrew was on his knees with a spray bottle wiping up footprints! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
Eli and Barney G. called before they arrived to tell me they were on the way. When they arrived the made sure that what I was getting was correct. Then they proceeded to get to work on my bathroom. They were very professional and courteous and done a great job on the bathroom. I was very pleased with their work. Thank you

They honor America Windows lifetime warranty. Had an issue with a window fogging up and a screen had a hole in it. Fixed both no charge. Service tech (DaShawn) was very courteous and knowledgeable.
Service after the sale! Had a minor issue with bath install and DaShawn H. was sent out to fix. He was very professional, experienced and thorough. Great employees equate to great experiences. I have had siding, windows, and a new bath installed by West Shore (previously America's Windows) and I could not be more pleased!! This company and their employees are A+++
The crew Mike,Shawn,Eli of West Shore Home did a great job putting in my beautiful new shower in one day. They also cleaned up the old tile, drywall, old tub and hauled everything away. If you are thinking of putting in a new shower I would recommend West Shore Home for the job.
Aaron and Steven were extremely polite, professional, followed all Covid protocols, and did an excellent job with all aspects of the install. Did not rush the job even though they were out in the middle of nowhere during an ice storm, they deserve a bonus for that!!🙂
