West shore has been very efficient. I had an issue with my grout and the installer Justise Packer came out today right on time and took care of it 100%. Very polite and great to have in my home!
I only had to wait a week and a half to get my shower installed. Sebastian and Aaron arrived on time and their work was great! I am very happy was my new shower. They explained how everything worked and answered all my questions! Their clean up was exceptional and the whole installation process was great!
Awesome company to work with. Design Consultant, Zack Hoggard, is absolutely incredible. He helped us make a decision on style & design setup of windows for our entire home. Based on his recommendation, we purchased our windows that very evening before he even left. He’s just a very courteous young man. He took the time to answer any questions that we had.
