RecommendedIt starts with a quality product. We had an exterior door with a window AND a dog door installed today. John Waldridge and Andrew Zachery called first thing this morning to confirm their arrival time. They took the time needed to make sure the door was installed properly and was completely watertight. And they cleaned up after themselves as they went out the door. Seriously, Andrew was on his knees with a spray bottle wiping up footprints! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
RecommendedEli and Barney G. called before they arrived to tell me they were on the way. When they arrived the made sure that what I was getting was correct. Then they proceeded to get to work on my bathroom. They were very professional and courteous and done a great job on the bathroom. I was very pleased with their work. Thank you

RecommendedThey honor America Windows lifetime warranty. Had an issue with a window fogging up and a screen had a hole in it. Fixed both no charge. Service tech (DaShawn) was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Great employees equate to great experiences. I have had siding, windows, and a new bath installed by West Shore (previously America's Windows) and I could not be more pleased!!
