RecommendedI love my new walk-in shower! The WestShore representative explained the process of converting my old bathtub, the payment options, etc. and helped me finalize the plans. The installers were prompt, kept me informed on the progress and allowed periodic “checks” on the work being done. When minor work to reroute old plumbing was necessary, they corrected the problem at no cost to me. All was completed on time and the bathroom and workspace outside were cleaned up properly. I have to admit I was very skeptical that it could be done in one day but our installers, Christian B. and Jose G., were very good at what they do. They were very professional and courteous. RecommendedI had the best experience with Devin at West Shore Home. They promised me a 1 day install for a walk in shower and Devin came through!! He was polite, clean and very knowledgeable, I can say this was one of my best experiences ever!! They also did an amazing job walking me through the process and getting my opinion on where I wanted my handles & shelves installed. He actually showed me the new plumbing and that it was working properly before continuing. 5 Star Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
