To begin the process, we made a phone call to West Shore Home for a representative to come to our home and give us a quote. Our Sales representative, Matthew Chaffee, was businesslike, efficient, and courteous. Everything Matthew explained actually happened during the two-day removal and installation of our old tub and two showers. Design consultant Brian Laird was very personable and explained every aspect of the tub-to-shower conversion in an easy-to-understand manner. He answered all our questions thoroughly. Installers Colton S. and Coltrin arrived at the scheduled time and were very professional as they worked. They were very careful of our property and made sure everything cleaned before leaving. The job was finished in about 8 hours. The completed project is beautiful. I would recommend this company.
Exercised and performed excellent workmanship in a timely manner. It turned out wonderful. Absolutely beautiful shower exceeded my expectation.
The guys were awesome from the guy who made 1st contact; The salesman, to the crew members/ installers (John M. & Coltrin D.) and inspectors. They even took care to protect my flooring from my driveway, through the house and back out! I appreciated the extra care and consideration since it snowed almost the entire time they were here.!
John M & Max T were great to work with. They were very professional and and very respectful of our property.
