Arrived on time, were polite and professional. They took great care with my GF clock and other furniture. Cleaned up as they worked and completely cleaned both inside and out before leaving. Tim, Brad, Jeff and Kemon were AWESOME!!! West Shore has also replaced our dining room windows and an old garden tub with a beautiful walk-in shower with handicap features for me!!!!
Kyle & Trevor were great, both hard/fast workers & very nice and friendly! Great employees to be reps of your company!
Thanks to Tim and Eli for a great window install on my garage. They were very professional and courteous. My windows are great and along with my shower, from Westshore Home; that's 2 things that I no longer worry about. Highly recommend this company!
My wife and would like to our thanks to Roger and Tom for the fine work they did on our master bathroom. They were highly competent and professional during their time working in our house. The whole job was complete in about six hours and we are VER{Y satisfied with the work. Our future plans include doing the guest bathroom, and your company (along with Roger and Tom if they are available) will be getting a call from us when that time comes. Thanks for their hard work!
Roger was super professional and friendly and had a difficult job at our old home, but got the job done. With Mitch and Tra they managed to take out a very old cast iron tub and put in a walk-in shower in a very small space.
Vorn... veteran (thank you for your service) and Danial removed a shower and a garden tub and installed a large shower in the place of the garden tub. The old shower area will become a much needed closet. That area was dry walled in ready for the balance of the work to be completed. The new shower has easy to clean walls that extend up to 96 inches overlayed on solid plywood, hand bars that will support >300 pounds and a custom made base to fit the area. I love my new walk-in shower. It is so nice not to have to step over the tub at our age of 76. We love the sleek look and the safety issue. Alex S. and Jermimiah B. did a wonderful job! So efficient!
Their daily commercials may seem like hype, but West Shore did exactly what they promised, and my sad 40+ year old shower enclosure was upgraded to a sleek and shiny step-in shower with grab bars and shelves. I wonder why I waited so long? My salesperson was knowledgeable and explained everything. The installation went smoothly, too. Everything was first rate, from my salesperson to the install team, but especially my new shower enclosure!
