You can have a great product but the INSTALLERS make the difference between a 1 star or 5 star review. Kyle Hand and Tra C were stellar! Attitude, work ethics and workmanship! They worked well together, even when running into install challenges. We are THRILLED with the product and look of our new step in shower. I am very pleased with the remodeled of my bathroom shower. Kyle H. and Thomas m. were polite, They did a great job. They explain the process and the installed of the shower.
The crew (Kyle H and Alex M) arrived on time, took the time to explain the process and installed a beautiful tub for us. It look great and we can� ¢� � � � t wait for the new shower
We were very pleased several years ago when we had the bathroom shower remodeled. Yesterday we had bath bars installed in the shower. Joey K was very polite, arrived on time and cleaned the area before he left. We were very happy with the service.
WOW is in order! The installers Kyle H and Alex M were polite and professional by being on time and answering any questions I had. Went over after care and gave instructions on how to maintain shower and tub. Project was finished quickly and with care. West Shore Home is given five stars and will recommend to friends and family.
