West Shore recently installed our new windows and patio door. ***** ******, *****, **** and ***** are the most polite , professional and genuine men/crew. The West Shore commercials we saw on TV exceeded our reputations. Thank you so much for making our experience pleasant and worry free! I had a tub to shower conversion done. The house was built in 1984. Metal tub, copper pipes and a leak. They took care of everything. I am very happy with the results.
We are extremely pleased with our beautiful new Walk-In Shower. Our sales rep. ***** was very informative and helpful in making our choices. The installers **** and ****** were very efficient and professional. It was an all day process and they never really took a break. They were very thorough in cleaning up after the installation was complete.
West Shore Homes installed a new shower in our home in November 2025. It is absolutely beautiful and the technicians that installed it were top notch!Today we had to have someone come out to our house as some caulk had pulled loose from our shower. ***** ******** is the service tech who came by and immediately understood the problem and in under an hour he had primed and re-caulked the base of our shower.Our experience with West Shore Homes has been absolutely wonderful. ****** and ******* did an outstanding job. They were respectful and professional. Explained the process and kept the area clean and the final install was such an overwhelming improvement to my home and safety.
Westshore turned our bath/shower into a walk-in shower. We had professional service from start to finish. As far as the installation, **** B and ****** came and were very professional. They were exactly on time and installed in one day. It was not a slap up job either. They used high-quality products and explained everything to us every step of the way.
