Had an issue with the caulk in our bath to shower conversion, it was turning yellow. Called West Shore and within a few days they sent out service tech **** *. He spent five hours removing the old caulk and putting in new. Outstanding job, shower looks great. He made sure we were satisfied before he left. Highly recommend him
******* and *** did a full bath remodel for me. They were very friendly and respectful. They have a unique work dynamic that promotes learning new techniques from one another.
