Trucks and crew arrived within the quoted time frame i was given on the morning of the install. The entire crew was extremely nice, mannerly and professional . The installation was completed in one day as promised. They left all the rooms clean, and no debris in the yard. They did a wonderful job, and we love our windows!

Great experience. Both *** and *******, arrived early and finished by early afternoon. Both made sure my questions answered and I felt confident, in their ability to complete my walk in shower. When finished, I was completely amazed how pretty my shower looked. 100 percent recommend West Shore. Very professional from start to finish.

The service people were very careful with the house making sure to cover the area with tarps and cleaned up after each step of the project. They answered any questions clearly. They were respectful and polite. I am pleased with the final result.

Shout out/kudos to *****, ***** and ******** for a job well done installing my new floor. They arrived when promised (around 8:15 am) and worked feverishly to finish the job some 10 hours later. The team were professional throughout and kept me informed throughout the process, which I appreciated. There was one minor mishap however, I spoke with the installation manager (NM) who ensured me that a service visit had been scheduled to repair the infraction. Thank you *****, ***** and ********. Job well done!
