Honest, professional, and meticulous in the installation of our home windows.We couldnt have asked for a better team of installers. ****** ***** *******, and ****** (Im missing one more) took great pride in their work, ensuring that even the smallest details were done right. I was scheduled for a bathtub to shower conversion by Westshore on 10/3/25 received a call at 8am on 10/3/25 from the company wanted to reschedule for 10/6/25 not a good date for me rescheduled for 10/10/25. ***** and ***** arrived at 8:30am starting promptly once ***** confirmed the work to be completed and the style selection. ***** appears to be the lead on the job he was very professional, communicated with us throughout the process, answering any questions we had a long the way. West Shore Home was out yesterday to replace our tub and surround. They arrived right on time and got to work. The lead, ********, kept me informed of status and progress throughout the day. They ran into a problem with the tub drain, which set them back hours. They pulled out all the stops, bringing in additional guys, including the ** *****.
