Hard work with a leaking custom shower to replace. Everything was done to perfection. All of the employees were polite and professional. We had 8 people consulting in my bathroom during the remodel to make sure they got it right!

Jason and Justin, we're on time, very professional. Explaining what they were doing as they were ding the job, and also, gave suggestions on placement of railing and seat.
Had design consultant Matt Davis come out and go over options for our shower installation. He was very thorough explaining the whole process and pricing. Installers Briley Frazier and Justin Trotter did a great job doing the installation. They kept us updated on the work as they ran into a few obstacles with a concrete block wall and having to jack hammer some of the slab. Even though the demo was major they carried out the debris leaving the work site clean. We also enjoyed their sense of humor as they did the work!

Charles and Sven got right to work making sure that floors and bushes were covered. They were polite and respectful during the process of installing our windows. I was very pleased with the service they rendered.
Gary, the installer, did a good job. He was very professional, on time and left things in order. This was a repair after a tub to shower installation that damaged the vinyl flooring. Gary showed me what he was doing for my approval as the job progressed. Everyone with West Shore Homes has been nice and did a good job.
