****** D and **** T were courteous and respectful of my home and arrived promptly and worked with out delay. They both kept me informed of progress and asked for my input on placement of shelving and grab bars. Quality work. West shore accommodated my need for quick turn around.

**** and ****** came out to replace a sash that was cracked. They did a fine job and were very well-mannered and professional. They came in a reasonable amount of time and *** was very kind and communicative in arranging it. The issue was, when i called to have it replaced, they initially told me that it was not covered under warranty. We had our front window replaced. ***** T and ****** H did a wonderful job. They were professional and and knowledgeable.
We needed a new entry door after 23 years in our home and decided to replace a single fiberglass door and two sidelights with double doors. West Shore Home was SO easy to work with, from the sale sitting at our kitchen table, to the measurements a couple of days later to the installation yesterday.
