RecommendedWonderful experience from meeting Phillip Spence, sales, to the 2 installers Ethan and Jeff. Phil kept me informed every step of the process. The installation went beautifully with both Ethan and Jeff. They worked hard all day and arrived when I was told they would arrive and finished by 6pm. I had a bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower with glass doors. Teak wood seat, grab bars, shelves, and magnetic hand held shower head. Thank you West Shore for a professional experience!
