Recommendedwe had our installation on 2/14/23. the men Patrick H., Brett L., and Andrew S. were wonderful, and did beautiful work. I'm so very impressed with their professionalism. I seriously about cried when I saw the finished shower. 5 stars across the board. I will gladly and willingly recommend anybody looking to do this to West Shore.

I would never recommend West shore the installer's were not experienced the job was sloppy the installer was 21 how much experience could he have I'm not happy with the work they have done I think they take anyone off the street and make them installers I would not recommend them to build a dog house

Way over priced. Installers rushed a two day job down to one day. They left the bathroom a mess. Very unhappy with the caulk work. Worst of all the sales person Lorenzo G was rude. They are coming back again to repair work that was completed. I'd recommend a Lowes Sub Contractor over West Shore Home Cincinnati.

We started out very pleased with the initial consultation and install. Their customer service follow ups to request a glass door on our shower has taken over a week to even get the email change request. Had I not called again, the email still wouldn’t be here. The guy acted like this was standard protocol. Sad.
