Recommendedwe had our installation on 2/14/23. the men Patrick H., Brett L., and Andrew S. were wonderful, and did beautiful work. I'm so very impressed with their professionalism. Ordered a zero lip shower pan for the purpose of allowing my wife who is bed bound to be able to enter the shower in a shower chair safely. June 10th they began and finally July 21st it’s finished . Was givin the run around for days and weeks they attempted a ramp which was not safe, tore it out and waited. Thank god for Felipe, he showed up today and within a hour had a plan to make it work. I would never recommend West shore the installer's were not experienced the job was sloppy the installer was 21 how much experience could he have I'm not happy with the work they have done I think they take anyone off the street and make them installers I would not recommend them to build a dog house
