West Shore Home did an excellent and professional job with our walk in shower installation. Both Quinn S. and Max R. did an awesome job for us. On time, courteous, and friendly as well! They both exceeded our expectations! Such an incredible product for us to now have!
we had our installation on 2/14/23. the men Patrick H., Brett L., and Andrew S. were wonderful, and did beautiful work. I'm so very impressed with their professionalism. I seriously about cried when I saw the finished shower. 5 stars across the board. I will gladly and willingly recommend anybody looking to do this to West Shore.
Way over priced. Installers rushed a two day job down to one day. They left the bathroom a mess. Very unhappy with the caulk work. Worst of all the sales person Lorenzo G was rude. They are coming back again to repair work that was completed. I'd recommend a Lowes Sub Contractor over West Shore Home Cincinnati.
We started out very pleased with the initial consultation and install. Their customer service follow ups to request a glass door on our shower has taken over a week to even get the email change request. Had I not called again, the email still wouldn’t be here. The guy acted like this was standard protocol. Sad.
