The contractors (Austin, Andrew, Will, and Jacob) were great. They ensured they kept us informed throughout each process throughout the day. They cleaned and even handled our questions with professionalism. They completed the job in the time frame promised and the shower is great! One thing to be aware of is that once your job is done, it is very difficult to reach your consultant if you have any further concerns or questions. It seems like once the job is done, they are no longer concerned. I will still give a 5-star review... read more
