Brandon and Torin were very professional. They were on time and worked as a team to get the work done in a professional manner and in a short amount of time.
I had a great experience with West Shore Home. Tony, the salesman, was very good. Darian W. and Jacob K. were here all day as installers and did a great job. They arrived on time and were very professional and friendly and answered my questions and were hard workers. Darian explained things very well. Patrick G, Martin, Damien, Dan G, Dan F, & Dan S. all showed up on time and installed our new windows! All extremely polite with smiles on their faces, and were done with the whole house in about 6 hours! When I came back to the house to see the finished job, they had cleaned everything up, and even patched and painted a spot on the wall that was dented from the installation. Great Customer Service;Trevor T, Dustin G & Kemon G (aka Kevin Durant) were awesome. The 3 man crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. They communicated with us effectively - keeping us abreast of the progress. We were quite impressed with them ordering a new piece after discovering the one brought was scratched.
