Two showers were installed. Carson and Reiniel did an outstanding job of removal of the two old showers. They removed the old bathtubs, and completely updated the plumbing installing two new bathroom showers. Carson and Reiniel teams were onetime and very professional. I have received wows from the neighbors after seeing the finished product. I am over the moon on the final result .

Mike, Isabel, & Aaron worked on our 2 projects: corner shower and bathtub/surround replacements. They were all fantastic to work with, especially given the complexity of the projects. Elijah, on the sales end, was also great and continues to follow up with us. Great team!

We had to have one of the shower doors adjusted. Frank from West Shore came out and in only a few minutes the door worked fine. He was very personable and explained the problem completely.
Installers were here right at the scheduled arrival time. Installation was complete with in 7 hours. Michael R and Daniel T. were very professional and everything was cleaned up after the installation was complete. We are very pleased with our new shower. My husband has MS and this new walk in shower will provide a must easier and safer access for him. The only complaint is , the shower curtain rod will not stay up. West Shore recently replaced six windows in our home. The installers, Eric, Brett and Nia were terrific. They arrived on time, were very courteous and extremely neat. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering getting new windows.
