Arrived in a timely matter. Associates were polite courteous and professional. Referred too my wife and I as Mrs. And Mr. Work was done in a timely matter. Corey and Shane demeanor never changed. Professional . our new shower looks great. Would recommend to anyone and would also hire again for any additional home improvement. Thank you West Shore for a job well done. Our experience was wonderful from the start with Alex Griggs our salesman/stylist to our installers, Jordan S, Cody T. and Elijah S. The work was wonderful. They arrived promptly at 8am and finished at 5:03pm. We could not be happier. GREAT JOB!!!!!
I had a bathtub converted to a walk-in shower. My new shower looks amazing! The guys Ryan, Andrew, & Justin were friendly and professional. They worked very efficiently. They explained everything before working. They asked me where I wanted things in the new shower. They arrived early and were done by 3:30. Clean up was quick. However I still had to vacuum and wipe down the floor, sink because of dust. I would definitely recommend West Shore Home for your bathroom needs.
Two showers were installed. Carson and Reiniel did an outstanding job of removal of the two old showers. They removed the old bathtubs, and completely updated the plumbing installing two new bathroom showers. Carson and Reiniel teams were onetime and very professional. I have received wows from the neighbors after seeing the finished product. I am over the moon on the final result .

Mike, Isabel, & Aaron worked on our 2 projects: corner shower and bathtub/surround replacements. They were all fantastic to work with, especially given the complexity of the projects. Elijah, on the sales end, was also great and continues to follow up with us. Great team!
