West Shore Home of Charleston was an excellent choice for our tub to shower conversion. From the start with our saleman Bill Pace to the finished products with Mario Ingianni and his assistant, we are extremely pleased. Mario came out on Wednesday and converted our bathtub/shower combo to a shower and then he came back on Friday and replaced an old bathtub with a new one. Roger, Chris and John of the install team did a great job. Arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. The crew kept me informed of each step of the demolition and install process and let me take pictures so I could send family and friends. My home is 40 years old so we had a plumbing issue. West Shore sent their top plumber to fix the problem. Sorry I don't remember his name. They finished in one day as promised, even though they had to work well into the evening because of the plumbing issue. I really love my... read more
Dexter, Jeff, and Daniel came out to our house and installed our new shower on Thursday. They also removed our old garden tub. These guys were all professional but also had personality which I appeciate. They did exactly what they said they would in the time frame that we were told. We would definitely recommend them.
Great Customer Service;Trevor T, Dustin G & Kemon G (aka Kevin Durant) were awesome. The 3 man crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. They communicated with us effectively - keeping us abreast of the progress. We were quite impressed with them ordering a new piece after discovering the one brought was scratched. That really spoke volumes and revealed their integrity and pride in the work they do. Appreciated the cleaning throughout the entire project. Great job � � �

I had a new shower installed to replace an existing tile shower for ease of entry and exit. The work was performed by Steve Breland and David Blair, both were very pleasant, cleaned up after completion and went over everything with me. It was finished in one day as promised.
Andrew F did a great installation of our shower. He was very thorough and professional.
