Jimmy S. & Jordan M. arrived on time. Explained everything they were going to do in detail. The experience was great. They worked together as two professionals. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Jim & Jordan were very pleasant and polite.
I love my new walk-in shower. It is so nice not to have to step over the tub at our age of 76. We love the sleek look and the safety issue. Alex S. and Jermimiah B. did a wonderful job! So efficient!

the 3 young men Tyler M/Devon and Sam did a wonderful job. They arrived on time and had my old shower removed by 12:30 and were finishing up the new install by 3:15. We were very well pleased with their work and West Shore Home as well. Our new shower is as beautiful as we hoped it would be. Thanks Lynn & Connie Stoneroad
Torin and Jeremy came to our home on time and immediately made us feel at home. The took extra steps to keep our home surrounding clean as they worked. The kept us informed and answered all my questions and concerns. We really like the finished product and the way it was installed and cleaned up afterwards.
Earl Vereen was my installer. He was very polite, knowledgeable was able to answer all my question. The workers were very efficient and professional. They covered my floors and cleaned up after the installed of my shower/tub. I can't say enough about how great the workers and the product
Steve and Eric did a expert job installing the windows. Steve explained how they work and the safety lock. He also saw us struggling to get the blind up so he stepped in and helped us. What a great thing to do for a customer. We are so pleased with the windows and highly recommend West Shore.
The crew was fantastic! No BS, friendly and professional.
