I had an excellent experience with West Shore. James was amazing! He was very detailed when explaining their products, patient and very informative. We were able to get our new shower in just a week! Evan S. And Mike R. we're very quick and throughout with the installation. They even cleaned up after. I was very pleased with the services provided and would recommend 100%!
We were nervous doing a bathtub to shower renovation. We had John L. sit down with us and make a plan. They came out super fast to do the work. We had Nate J. and Cody P. come out to do the installation. They were very professional and friendly and new their business. It was done in under 8 hours and perfectly. I completely love my new shower. I would recommend them to anyone doing bathroom renovations.
Their daily commercials may seem like hype, but West Shore did exactly what they promised, and my sad 40+ year old shower enclosure was upgraded to a sleek and shiny step-in shower with grab bars and shelves. I wonder why I waited so long? My salesperson was knowledgeable and explained everything. The installation went smoothly, too. Everything was first rate, from my salesperson to the install team, but especially my new shower enclosure!
What a great experience we had with the installation! Dan F. and Mike R. were so careful and expert in all they did. They cleaned everything every step of the way and carefully explained how it works. It is beautiful and I can hardly wait to use it. I've not been able to take a bath for many years and I've always loved baths -- not a shower fan! The electrician even discovered that our dryer had been wired improperly and fixed it. I can't recommend the company enough!
