Steve and Eric did a expert job installing the windows. Steve explained how they work and the safety lock. He also saw us struggling to get the blind up so he stepped in and helped us. What a great thing to do for a customer. We are so pleased with the windows and highly recommend West Shore.
My installers Dexter & Alvin knew exactly what they were doing, professional, friendly, polite, and ensured that optional bar /shelf placements were placed exactly where we wanted them. They explained what they would be doing. Cleaned their project area exceptionally well including their entire path out the door. We are happy with all the services we have received from West Shore and again THANK YOU Dexter and Alvin for a job well done.

TJ & Trevis arrived early on a Thu morning & worked hard throughout the day. Very professional & friendly. I am a day sleeper & I barely heard them while I slept. Left everything clean once they were finished. Would totally recommend them to anyone.
Their daily commercials may seem like hype, but West Shore did exactly what they promised, and my sad 40+ year old shower enclosure was upgraded to a sleek and shiny step-in shower with grab bars and shelves. I wonder why I waited so long? My salesperson was knowledgeable and explained everything. The installation went smoothly, too. Everything was first rate, from my salesperson to the install team, but especially my new shower enclosure!
Armando and Kendrick did an excellent job installing a walk in shower. They were both very professional. They explained to us what they were going to do and they cleaned up after completing job. We are satisfied with the outcome of our new shower.

What a great experience we had with the installation! Dan F. and Mike R. were so careful and expert in all they did. They cleaned everything every step of the way and carefully explained how it works. It is beautiful and I can hardly wait to use it. I've not been able to take a bath for many years and I've always loved baths -- not a shower fan! The electrician even discovered that our dryer had been wired improperly and fixed it. I can't recommend the company enough!
I had an excellent experience with West Shore. James was amazing! He was very detailed when explaining their products, patient and very informative. We were able to get our new shower in just a week!
