The installers were very pleasant and detailed in explaining the process. Did not bother them that I would ask them questions while they worked on pulling out old bathtub/shower and installed shower. Jason and Leanna cleaned up after performing job. Job #179059. Brian, sales rep was also courteous and helpful with all questions asked and would respond to my calls and texts quite quickly. Had to do this bc my 97 yr old mom was having lots of trouble getting in bathtub. We are quite pleased at this time.

Steven and Keyo were professional, friendly and on time. The walk-in shower is all that we hoped it would be. We are very happy with the quality of the work and product. We highly reccomend West Shore Home.
It is a bit pricey but it is awesome work and the materials used come with lifetime warranty. To me its well worth it. I love it. THANK YOU WEST SHORE HOMES!
