They did a really good job and they came about 8:00am and was done about 6:00pm. Yes the job was done in one day and they changed all the old parts with new part.

Dan met with us to talk about what we wanted done and what our expectations were. We wanted a new shower that needed very little taking care of. He gave us a presentation, showed us our options and explained the value of using West Shore Home. We purchased that day. Within 10 days our shower was installed by Garrett and Sam. They were professional, clean, nice and did a beautiful job. We are very pleased with our decision and within 8 hrs we had a new shower that we love!!!!! Highly recommend them!! As on the television commercial the work was as shown, the employees, from the sales representative, to the phone notifications and to the installers everything was professional and well done. I would highly recommend this company.

The unused bathtub was replaced by a walk-in shower. The only reason I have given four and a half stars is that the project was done just yesterday, and I have not yet had a chance to use the shower. John and Preston arrived at 8:30 am per my request - I am retired and hate to get up too soon! They were finished by 6:30 pm. The shower is very finished looking - organic to the small bathroom.
