We had a walk in shower replaced and clean up completed in under 8 hours by Josh P. and Tristen H. They were very professional and kept us informed from start to finish. If West Shore Homes has any better installers than these two I'd like to see them. They were courteous and respectful of us and our property.
Professional and prompt
Sales Rep Jonathon sales pitch to me and Teresita was the main selling point. That presentation was excellent. Installers Louie Rose and Lawrence Stoubt arrived on time for job. Laid drop cloth to protect carpet. WOW is the word to describe job that they did. The bathroom looks so brand new. They were very polite and professional. I would be very happy to recommend your company for future jobs. Our neighbors were even impressed. Thank you again for the great job that you did.
Through the whole process everyone I dealt with was absolutely great and the most beautiful work I have seen. I work with West Shore in Myrtle Beach, SC. I'm handicapped and they made sure my roll-in shower was exactly as I needed it
Professional and prompt
My husband and I had the pleasure of having Earl Vereen and his team in our home to install a bathtub to replace our standing shower. His professionalism, his work, and their cleanliness was exceptional. Those guys were like stealth moving in and out, sometimes I forgot that they were working in the bathroom. We are excited about our bathtub and thinks that 24-48 hrs wait time is such a long time to finally enjoy this well deserved bathtub:) We love it! Thank you.
The unused bathtub was replaced by a walk-in shower. The only reason I have given four and a half stars is that the project was done just yesterday, and I have not yet had a chance to use the shower. John and Preston arrived at 8:30 am per my request - I am retired and hate to get up too soon! They were finished by 6:30 pm. The shower is very finished looking - organic to the small bathroom.
