The consultant (Stephanie P.) plus the work crew was great. Kind, considerate, wonderful to converse with. Couldn't ask for better crew Perfect timing. Cleaned up when job was completed. I would hire them again . The consultant did a courtesy call on day of job to see how things were going. Wonderful lady. I LOVE MY NEW BATHROOM.â� ¤â� ¤ Thank you Johnny, Joe, and Bill. Dan met with us to talk about what we wanted done and what our expectations were. We wanted a new shower that needed very little taking care of. He gave us a presentation, showed us our options and explained the value of using West Shore Home. We purchased that day. Within 10 days our shower was installed by Garrett and Sam. They were professional, clean, nice and did a beautiful job. We are very pleased with our decision and within 8 hrs we had a new shower that we love!!!!! Highly recommend them!! Great company to work with. Everyone involved was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Design consultant Chad very helpful in project planning. Installers Andy and Jose were awesome. Arrived on time. Work was meticulous. Completed job on time. Sometimes, in spite of doing your due diligence, you get burned by contractors. This was not the case with West Shore Home. They may be a large company, but their work ethic does not suffer because of this. We are very pleased with our beautiful new shower.

From the very knowledgeable and thorough salesman who came to the house to the installer, the experience was excellent. I especially liked that West Shore does NOT use sub-contractors so we told told right up front what our installer would do. He showed on time, put down drop cloths wherever he was walking through our house, wore a mask, and continually cleaned up after any mess, even outside. He consistently explained what he was doing as he went along and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend.

They did a really good job and they came about 8:00am and was done about 6:00pm. Yes the job was done in one day and they changed all the old parts with new part.
The service was great from the start of the consult setup, to meeting Sarah M. who helped us with all of the details and the incredible job the Installers Cody T. & Zach S. did on our MB shower! We can't wait to have another one replaced in another bathroom once we're ready to do it again.
Nate J and Tyler E did a great job installing our new shower. They were efficient and very friendly. I gave them 5 stars.
