Great Team Effort! Everyone was super nice and Helpful! Ken H. was very informative and not a pushy sales guy! Sean who came to get the project started was great! Installers Tim Sr and John Mo were quick, honest and did great work! We were definitely impressed and will use them again!
First, our sales rep, Jorge Escoto-Garcia, explained to us how the installation would take place and made sure we understood exactly what we were going to get. The installation was conducted in a very professional manner. We had our old shower removed and a new one installed in one day. I recommend West Shore Home very highly and I want to give a special thanks to Alex, Rob H. and Marco for their excellent work.
I would like to give kudo's to my installers. They were courteous, concerned about my feelings and took care of a glitch they encountered. I would recommend them to do anyone's shower installation. Thanks you guys for great service.
The installation went really well. Our installers, Travis Black and Alex Wilson were pleasant and professional. The job was completed in a day which was great since we were working on another project. Good job with the clean up. Very pleased with the install and our new shower.
This was a shower replacement. Installation went as promised. The installers were friendly and explained the project before starting to work. Nate and Tyler were the installers. Later on I had an additional grab bar installed and Brady did this installation. Clean up was excellent. Lance W. was our sales rep and made a fine presentation to us.
On 2/16/2021 The installers came to put in my walk in shower. Mike F, Mike S and Lee were Courteous and professional. They took care of business!!! Eric the salesman was knowledgeable of the product and communicated well. This company operates in a spirit of excellence. Throughout the install, we were kept in the loop of things. They treated my property and my bathroom as if it was theirs. At the end of the install, they cleaned up and made sure that we were satisfied with the work and clean up. Great experience!
Fred P and Tim S were very Courteous. They were able to answer my questions and troubleshoot any issues that we had. They were very open and honest in regards to our project and they did high-quality work. My shower looks amazing
