Neil F was prompt. He followed the CDC guidelines for Covid-19. He was friendly and courteous. He was a professional at all times. He removed the old bathtub and installed a walk-in shower. He removed all debris, and the walk-in shower is great. I would highly recommend him.

West Shore scored! From the design consultant, Dan Buccola to the installation. Completed in one day as promised and it looks beautiful! Our installers, Sam and Kaile were top notch! Very professional and friendly, plus they left my home as clean as they found it. I highly recommend these guys! Thanks West Shore for our new and much larger shower!
My bathroom renovation is awesome. We had new tubs and showers put into both of our bathroom. Joey can in and add some amazing touchup to already nice bathroom and made it beautiful and elegant. I am so happy with the time and care he took to make us love our bathroom even more. His craftsmanship is very solid and knowledgeable.
We had a tile-and-grout shower stall removed and replaced with a beautiful acrylic shower stall. Mark, the salesman was very informative and customer-friendly. Unfortunately I did not ask all of the questions that needed to be asked and got a couple of unpleasant surprises at installation time. However, Jerry, Troy, and Owen, the installers did a great job of working with me to fully understand what was going to happen on the install.
