Sales rep Dorsey Galford was super helpful in showing all the different options available for my shower remodel project! Installers Tristan B., Braxton B., Wes H., and Mark S. were fast and efficient! My new Walk-In Shower looks GREAT! I would most definitely recommend West Shore Home for Bathroom shower remodel projects!
I needed to replace my shower for safety reasons. When Joe Banks came to explain everything he was quite thorough. Installers Joey G and Justin B arrived on time. They took every precaution to protect the rooms they needed to use. Both young men were very courteous and professional. They included me in placement of safety bars and made sure I was satisfied with the finished product. I highly recommend this vendor.

From my first West Shore Homes contact, Kim Allen, to lead, Corey Hemingway and his team of Kevin Jones and Derek Hinkel, I knew I was working with professionals. I left for work that morning shortly after 8:00 AM and received a call that my job was completed by 3:00 PM! When called home to evaluate the install, I was blown away at the results of my new shower! This company backs everything they promise. I highly recommend them!

The installers (Preston T & Nate J) did a fantastic job as did my design consultant! I love the new shower--it is beautiful. I am having trouble getting a contract/invoice from them so that I can work with the finance company.
Very professional organization. The sales rep (Mike Bridges) was very helpful and not pushy...took all the time we needed to make up our minds. The installers (David Ogden and Charles Pinson) arrived on time, were courteous and very professional. They completed work in one day (as promised), were very respectful of our home, and cleaned-up thoroughly. We are completely satisfied with the results. Thank you West Shore for your services.
