Sales rep Dorsey Galford was super helpful in showing all the different options available for my shower remodel project! Installers Tristan B., Braxton B., Wes H., and Mark S. were fast and efficient! My new Walk-In Shower looks GREAT! I would most definitely recommend West Shore Home for Bathroom shower remodel projects!

The West Shore Team, Chris Bowen, Jordan Sears, and Jory Coleman were outstanding when it came to remodeling my shower. I felt a professional vibe as soon as I met the team. They were on time , they were professional, and they respected my home by fixing it up like it was their own. They communicated with me making sure, that I knew what was going on with remodeling. I had a new front door with storm door installed and West Shore did an outstanding job from start to finish. The salesman was very helpful, Customer Service kept me informed about the order and the installers were great. The installers William and Jacob were prompt, polite, efficient, and met my high expectations. West Shore's professionalism is definitely "Five Star."
Josh P. and Jeremy S. were absolutely amazing and a complete joy to work with. They were both exceptionally professional and were careful to ensure I was consulted as needed along the way. They also followed all health and safety protcols as the current pandemic requires. They did an amazing job not only on the shower but cleanup was great too. I would definitely recommend the company but also these gentleman specifically to do the work. Thank you for an awesome job!
John and Tim did an excellent job installing my new front door. They communicated with me and answered all my questions. They were friendly and very clean.
