If you have seen the commercials, they do exactly what they say they will! The rep Kevin who drove over 2hrs on a Saturday morning was on time, very polite & knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me & answered every question & I had a ton. I was amazed at how quickly the process took, 13 days after meeting with Kevin, installers were at my door 10 minutes earlier than their scheduled time even after driving over 2hrs. Installers Jeremy and Torin were very polite, professional and the quality of work was first-rate. They answered my questions and kept me informed of the progression throughout the day. Their friendliness and cleanliness were hands down a plus. The shower is beautiful!
DAN C. & SHAWN R. did a good job of removing the old bathtub & installing a walk-in shower in both bathrooms. They arrived when expected and did their best to complete the job as directed. I do think the sales guy should be more involved & offer possible suggestions to the customer, & should stop in during the process. Dan & Shawn knew what they were doing and did a good job.
